Some Police Courts Violate This Law With REGULAR ABUSE - VIDEO

The Fifth Amendment deals with protection against self incrimination. Common Law course-books have information that evidence used to convict you will be furnished by you, and, they further suggest to "keep your mouth shut", "don't say anything", and "shut up". Therefore, those courts which require you to immediately furnish them information when dragged before the judge may threaten to jail you under 'contempt of court' rules. There are indeed cases of persons who have been jailed for such refusals to give 'admissions' to the court. In the event a subject or defendant does not wish to immediately disclose information concerning themselves or an event they should, under the laws, be allowed to assert their lawful protections, but if you try that in court you could immediately be dragged to a cell and booked. So, what this amounts to in these forcible cases is that the court is coercing the defendant into convicting himself/herself under threat of confinement. Confinement can mean ruinous loss of life, income, home, belongings, savings, bank accounts, etc. under today's ruthless government perps.
The so-called America is a corporate, bought-off piece of U.S. crap where fat-a$$ed, lard-butt, fat-faced jackass judges sit up there and violate citizens' right and left. Police courts that operate like this are called police courts because they operate by Police Executive Chancery instead of Constitutional Rule of Law. That is why they constantly seek to debase the citizens' so-called 'standing'. The legal status of U.S. citizens has been reduced and debased commensurate with the debasing of the U.S. currency and money system.
So what are they going to do with you if you shut up? Well, where's their damned evidence against you and where is their case? It's being built.......on every word you say!!! Quite often it looks like they're fishing!!!
I know of one instance where a 'fishing expedition' punk cop was repeatedly told "there's no crime here, there's no crime committed here" to which the little jacka$$ finally gave it up and left. The corporate bond-maker cops are guilty and many appear to be on fishing expeditions.
Unfortunately the hideous so-called Supreme Court has stepped on this right and limited the scope of your rights.....again. Remember how George Carlin called it the Bill of Privileges and how that list gets shorter and shorter and shorter every year. Well these unjust, un-Constitutional rulings by the so-called Supreme Court are perfect examples of what Carlin said.

: While riding a bus through a metro area of a major midwestern
: U.S. city this editor picked up an unusual transmission on
: the police scanner radio with earpiece (which helps drown
: out the jabber and engine noise) aboard a bus while rolling
: outbound from the city area on a major freeway highway.
: Just as the bus cleared town and headed to the suburbs a
: somewhat monotone voice could be heard talking about
: "the policies", and "daughter holds
: them", etc.. The voice must have definitely been that
: of a police chief there because a frantic dispatcher was
: telling her units to get the chief to close his mic! 'Mic'
: (pronounced mike) is short for microphone and the police
: chief had inadvertently left his radio microphone on or it
: had gotten stuck on send and his cell phone conversation
: was going out over the air!!!!!
: That was a once in a lifetime listen and quite revealing. The
: dispatcher repeatedly called out to him to "close your
: mic, close your mic!", but to no avail since he was
: stuck on 'send' and could not receive. The horrified,
: distraught-sounding dispatcher finally summoned her units
: to go over and signal him and stop him and get the mic
: closed. The police chief was unwittingly discussing what
: may have been very 'sensitive' information which, to the
: horror of officials, was going out over the common police
: and fire bands on the scanner radio!
: They finally got the chief stopped and fixed the problem,
: according to following transmissions, but this editor never
: forgot the mention of "the policies" which were
: apparently being held or managed by a daughter.
: It really does appear that citizens and various officials
: really do have "owners", just as the late George
: Carlin warned of when he said, "you have
: owners....they own you". It does appear the people are
: 'kept' by bondholders and are unknowingly placed on
: "policies".
: Since the new laws grant authorities, cops(Freemasons),
: prosecutors, etc., a look into your bank account(s) and
: financial information many persons and organizations have
: suffered grand theft. If they can breach your accounts then
: who the hell do you think took your money out of the bank!?
