Russian Shock Move Prepares For “20 Minute War” To Nuke United Kingdom Into Global Irrelevance

A shocking doomsday worded new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today states President Putin approved this afternoon a Federation Council (FC) measure tearing up existing Russian military doctrine that forbids initial use of weapons of mass destruction and substituting in its place new powers authorizing him to launch nuclear first strikes—a measure deemed vital to the survival of the Motherland after British Chief of the General Staff Mark Carleton-Smith stunningly declared yesterday that “Russia was a far bigger threat for his country than the Islamic State terrorist group”—and whose response against, the notes of this meeting say, would entail a “20 Minute War”, after which the United Kingdom would cease to be globally relevant. [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
According to this report, under the “Ivanov Doctrine” that mandates de-escalation of aggression by forcing the enemy to halt military action by a threat to deliver or by actual delivery of strikes of varying intensity with reliance on conventional and/or nuclear weapons, President Putin has already warned the West that he’s prepared to fire nuclear weapons if Russia is subject to a verified incoming missile attack, with his stating “to put it mildly, we are not the first ones who started all this”—and his apocalyptically adding, “the aggressor should know that retaliation is inevitable, and he will be destroyed...we would be victims of an aggression and would get to heaven as martyrs”.
The main objective of the “Ivanov Doctrine”, this report explains, was to allow a limited nuclear first strike against enemy forces, with a halt then being called to further strikes to allow the West to ascertain if it wanted to engage in an all-out global nuclear war that would destroy the planet—that the combined nuclear weapons arsenals of the US and Russia are able to accomplish within an hour or two.
Under these new nuclear first strike powers just given to President Putin, however, this report details, a verified incoming missile attack on Russia is no longer the standard needed to unleash nuclear weapons—as nuclear strikes are now authorized to be used in response to an enemy’s use of conventional weapons, too—as Britain is preparing to do, after which they plan to seek safety under US nuclear weapons power.
The machinations being employed by the British to provoke a war with Russia, this report notes, began earlier this month when their Foreign Secretary met with the leader of the Syrian terrorist organization known as the “White Helmets”—who, just hours ago, bombarded the Syrian city of Aleppo with chlorine-filled shells, causing over a hundred people to be delivered to hospitals with symptoms typical for poisoning such as suffocation—whom Russian air forces quickly counterattacked against—and was an attack coming at the same time Islamic terrorist forces launched a deadly attack on US-backed Syrian-Kurdish forces—thus bringing back to a knife’s edge a region where US and Russian military forces have repeatedly clashed against each other.
In further attempting to provoke Russia into war, this report points out, Britain announced last week that it was deploying its Royal Marines and a warship to the volatile region of Ukraine—and whose grave consequences of has seen armed Ukrainian warships illegally rushing into Russian territorial waters numerous times over the past few hours.
As to why Britain is trying to provoke a Western war with Russia, this report explains, is due to their knowing the consequences to them once it’s fully revealed to the American people how they conspired to overthrow President Trump in a coup—while at the same time, their own citizens are about to explode into anger upon their learning how their own leaders have sold them out in the Brexit divorce deal—a not surprising at all circumstance as a shocking United Nations report released this past week gravely states that “Britain's enemy is not Russia but its own ruling class”.
Equally as shocking as this UN report warning the British people that their own ruling class is their main enemy, this report continues, was the international whistleblowing organization Anonymous this past week blowing the lid off a huge psyop-operation funded by the British government and Obama Regime to create a “large-scale information secret service” in Europe—all under the made-up guise of countering “Russian propaganda”.
Most astounding of these British-Obama Regime once top secret documents just revealed by Anonymous, this report details, is their showing that this massive psyop-operation is named “Integrity Initiative” [WARNING: This link contains classified documents forbidden to be seen by holders of US security clearances.]—which claims to focus on “counteracting Russian propaganda”, but in reality, the program is aimed at interfering in the internal affairs of other countries—most particularly Russia.
To how effective this British-Obama Regime psyop-operation has been in dishonestly and shamefully demonizing Russia in the Western mainstream press, this report details, is best exampled by the British-based RT reporter Simon Rite in his article titled “Stupidity Of Some Mainstream Media Coverage Has Me Defending Russians… Again!”—wherein he states barely anyone in the West knows that Moscow has been named as one of the top 10 best cities in the world, with their, instead, being brainwashed into believing fantasies—such as his own grandfather about whom he writes:
My grandad, curious about my life over in Russia asked me: “So, what do you do when you're not working, they don't have restaurants and bars like us do they?”
I explained to him that there were plenty of places you could go if you really looked: one chain called Starbucks was very popular, and so was another one called Burger King. I also reassured him that I had also managed to find one or two local bars too. [Note: Moscow has some of the best bars and nightlife in all of Europe.]
I'm not sure he believed me.
The hopes of a global nuclear war being able to be averted before Britain provokes Russia into launching a first strike, this report stunningly concludes, appears now to rest in the hands of a Democrat Party US Congresswoman named Tulsi Gabbard, who is a US Army Major and combat war veteran who many believe is weighing a bid to run for the US presidency in 2020—and, in 2015, directly confronted President Obama over the illegal US war in Syria—and because this of led many to believe that President Trump would appoint her as Secretary of State after she secretly met with him at Trump Tower right after he had been elected—with Trump, instead, sending her on a secret mission to meet with Syrian President Assad, which enabled Trump to end aid to the CIA’s terrorist forces in Syria—with her then openly attacking former NATO Commander Philip Breedlove during a public US Congress hearing about American hypocrisy over claims of Russian meddling in US elections, with her reminding the general that the US has interfered in elections in over 80 countries, including Russia, going back several decades—and today sees her playing “good cop-bad cop” with Trump over Saudi Arabia as she continues destroying the Democrat Party establishment from within—most importantly by her assembling around herself a small group of US Congress Democrats intent on reining in the ability of any US president and/or government to start illegal wars again, most specifically nuclear ones—and no one seeming to notice that as American military officer, she takes her orders from her Commander-In-Chief President Trump, not the Democrats.
