In the annex 1 for the UN Headquarters district treaty, the UN is allowed to expand its territory from the 17 acres to Manhattan, to the City of New York, to the State of New York.

I never thought that I would find evidence of the UN expansion to this degree. I know it is possible, but I didn’t believe that the UN had taken over all of the State of New York. Here is evidence that the UN/New York City has expanded to the State of New York.

Also. One of the most interesting things is that New York City started issuing their own birth certificates in 1910, long before the United Nations. I am having a very difficult time finding any information on THAT EVENT in 1910 that made New York City distinct from the State.

So, put another way, People with New York City Birth Certificates are defined UN Nationals but are somehow "STATE OF NEW YORK residents". People born in New York (outside the city) are non-residents of the STATE OF NEW YORK (which only exists in NYC, apparently, by law).

So... if the STATE OF NEW YORK is the CITY OF NEW YORK is the UNITED NATIONS HEADQUARTERS DISTRICT is the UNITED NATIONS... what is the status of all the other states? particularly in relation to the State of New York? Trump does NOT have a State of New York Birth Certificate... he has a City of New York Birth Certificate. is he eligible? Does he need a State of New York Birth Certificate to be eligible for presidency?

I recently had a conversation with the NYC Vital Records about whether or not NYC birth certificates make people US Citizens. For the record, they refused to confirm that New York City born residents are US Citizens... something that should be easy and obvious to affirm, if it were true.... but apparently its not so easy to affirm to a falsehood!
