I used to work at that Amazon until a few weeks ago. Now I work at another Amazon a few miles away. Anyway, tonight I went on break around 930-10 pm and went outside to my car. The storm was insane. I could feel it moving my car side to side. When you are inside of an Amazon warehouse you feel protected because you are in a nest of cement and steel. It's hard to imagine a wind speed that is able to even put a dent in that place. Now I know different.

Don't know what is was but it picked up a 200 lb. Yard Swing by its canopy and flip it over and it next to a 6 1/2 ft. wooden fence and removed a 15 ft. storm gutter plus a five or six foot by forty ft section of sliding off my house and did the same to my neighbors. I live only about a half mile down the main road from the Amazon building on Holabird Ave. Sounded like a train passing through. The lights blinking on and off.

We had a tornado in this same area years ago walk up from where Amazon is today to where I worked that did damage to homes and businesses in the air. Have had a very large tree snap off and hit my house during one storm. We are right next to the Chesapeake Bay tributary's and get weird storms when cold air collides with the warm water surrounding us. No big deal, after living in this area called Dundalk we're use to it. RIP to those who were lost last night.
