The protesters who intend to impede confirmation of Kavanaugh have a big problem:

It is called House Resolution 347. It was penned under Obama in the hopes of throwing conservative protesters in jail. HR347 makes it illegal (a jailable offense) to impede the proceedings of government. It was supposed to be for patriots disrupting the final dismantling of the United States under Clinton. Now, the left's black "Jesus" has created a hell of a problem. If they march on Washington for the sole purpose of disrupting Kavanaugh's confirmation, they can all go to jail. Ford can already be nailed by this. She's probably going to jail. Here is some relevant text from HR 347. There is a lot more to this bill, but this little snip says enough. Any violation of this is up to 10 years in jail:

(1) knowingly enters or remains in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority to do so;

(2) knowingly, and with intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, any restricted building or grounds when, or so that, such conduct, in fact, impedes or disrupts the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions;

(3) knowingly, and with the intent to impede or disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions, obstructs or impedes ingress or egress to or from any restricted building or grounds; or

Ok, so this ought to be fun. Let's see how well this law gets applied when all these leftist protesters do exactly that, after having announced they were going to do it ahead of time.
