Yeah, Been there.. Sort of. Not with the kind of pills you take (nothing is funny about pain) but I have dropped them in the toilet or down the garbage disposal..lol My Boxer has an 'iffy' tummy. You feed her the wrong thing and she will let you know it! I've heard that upchuck sound and made it from the office to the living room in 3 seconds flat..

I know that there are millions of people suffering all over the world and my simple frustrations are mere nothings. My morning was so frustrating to me I almost cried, so I write this to try to turn my frustration to humor.

Maybe you can chuckle about my morning, I finally can (thanks to the teachings of Miguel Ruis and Nemesis.)

I woke late but was in no hurry. My hands are somewhat crippled from neuropathy (I'm 76) and it is difficult to grip things. I put my morning pills in a shot glass for taking. I opened a new container of water, and filled my mouth. Although I was holding the container in both hands, when I tried to put the water on my bedside table my right hand slipped and I dropped the water, which spilled going away from me. I grabbed for the water and dropped it again coming towards me. Trying to dodge the water, I knocked over the shot glass dropping the pills to the floor. The water followed the pills ruining them. I gave up and went to the bathroom. Returning, I got new pills an took them.

I got dressed and shut off the light and went to the next room in the semi-dark and sat on my favorite chair where I discovered my cat had gotten sick a little earlier. I never get upset with my cat (she's older than I am in cat years)but I do get tired of the clean up. Anyone watching would probably thought I was trying to make a slapstick video.

I sure hope the day improves soon.
