You can see an object (the Airplane) able to travel either Forwards or Backwards. The naked eye can't resolve the direction until Authors decide which way to go. I see this Phenomena with people walking down the Street, a block away. At first, they seem to be moving away from me, but then, their direction changes as walking towards you.

I couldn't view many of the News channel crash videos because Windows 10/Explorer 11 Installation at Library is all cocked-up. Is Microsoft in Business anymore? Microsoft abandoned their proprietary Browser with 'File, Edit' bar on top and replaced it with Firefox, Chrome look-alike. Now I have to learn the stupid short-cuts. Many users who master the shortcuts mistakenly believe they are on their way to being expert programmers, (also because they are blazingly fast on the keyboard). However...Response Times at both King County and Seattle Libraries have Plummeted. These Generation Y geniuses need to confess their Collective short-comings.
