I have to admit that for a time I was a bit puzzled about the Dems raising the immigrant children issue this early. True, the "Zero Tolerance" policy is quite recent, but it was announced over two months ago and is only just now suddenly become an overblown issue. So why now?

While the way that "ripping babies out of mothers' arms" is currently being reported and dominating the news cycle surely appears to be a loser for the Republican, it's still a long way to election day. Plenty of time for the issue to fade and as well as time for Trump and the Republicans to turn the tables a bit by making a fix or offering solutions that could put the onus on the recalcitrant Dems - far too many of whom care more about having an issue then caring about the kids and their mothers.

Then it hit me: A big reason the Dems and their media lapdogs are obsessing over pitiful immigrant children being "ripped from their mothers arms" is that they are not only desparate for a fall election issue to try to regain the lost blue wave that had been predicted, they are desperate right now to get the North Korean summit and the IG Report off the news broadasts and the front pages. So desparate in fact that they are even stooping to comparing Trump and the workers on the border to Hiter and the Nazis. I would ask "Have they no shame?", but that answer is abundantly clear to anyone who has watched or read the Dems and their lapdog media, or watched so-called comedy shows or awards ceremonies.

Here are some other blue wave-stopping items the Dems and the blamestream media want to keep out of the spotlight::

*The U.S. unemployment rate (3.8%) is the lowest it has been in 44 years
*For the first time is history there are more jobs now than there are people to fill them
*An all-time record number of people are reporting wage increases
*Record unemployment for blacks and Hispanics and 22 year lows for women
*Consumer confidence and small business confidence are both at record highs
*ISIS continues to be crushed - and a key leader in Afghanistan just got a special drone delivery last week

In the end, it's the economy and safety that usually win elections. That and voter enthusiasm, which the Democrats already had in abundance before th immigrant children and their mothers became overblown. But don't underestimate how much the issue of immigration will also increase Republican enthusiam, which also promises to be fueled by cries of impeachment from the many left wing Democrat candidates playing to their far left base. the increased enthusiasm immigration will also how much the immigration issue may that illegal immigration is also causing e enthusiasm of Republicans
