LETTER TO THE EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT OF THE N.F.L PLAYERS UNION

Gentlemen,

The following file will alert you to the massive National Security issues underlying the legitimate protests of Colin Kaepernick regarding his Constitutional right to seek redress of the Federal Government regarding the corrupted FBI and Justice Department's flagrant dismissal of Hillary Clinton's emails.

In Colin Kaepernick's 2016 Press Conference a number of injustices were identified, but none so egregious as the willful destruction of government emails regarding Hillary Clinton to include those from Benghazi.

As the now fired FBI Director Comey gave Clinton a pass during the Obama Administration, she was allowed to run for the highest office in the land, despite Colin Kaepernick's protestations made during his Press Conference of 2016.

Sadly, this criminal outrage continues as the Trump Administration is set to further impede and block this critical new evidence so this miscarriage of justice can continue to erode the very idea of equal application of the law sought by Colin Kaepernick.

I have enclosed the following file to provide you with further validation of those injustices pointed out in 2016 and for which, in 2017, Colin Kaepernick has been unfairly maligned and persecuted for no less than being a patriot of the highest order to alert the American People to the rampant criminal cover up then in 2016 and now being conducted in 2017 by the Trump Administration in blocking the prosecution of Hillary Clinton.

I have tried to extrapolate the possible motives for the Government to resort to near dictatorial actions by allowing The President to abrogate those First Amendment Rights of Colin Kaepernick and find it not only specious but recklessly outside the Constitutional mandates of his authority.

In you efforts to protect the rights of one of your players, as well as acting in behalf of the American People, I would sincerely appreciate your organization review the following and use it in the defense of a great patriot who has taken a knee for his country.
