Maybe in the Cosmic Creation of things, the dogs and their owners want to experienced unrestrained 'travel' (not everyone has to get licensed for the right to travel as much as they have to get licensed for the privilege to drive).

I travel, have a pet, and me and my pet travel unrestrained. Yes, police try to pull us into commerce but the fact is, we are not in commerce and as such have the freedom to travel unrestrained.

My dog enjoys it and so do and and with over 10 years of freedom under my belt and 7 years of freedom under the pet, (we developed our companion contract with my youth who I have the soul contract with, obtained the pet), well we have all enjoyed the freedom of nature, regardless of the mode of travel.

I was watching the movie 'Olympus has fallen' and interesting enough the man acting as president and the woman acting as his wife were in an accident and of all things the seatbelts locked and his security freed him but not her before the car fell into an icy waterway.

So yes, there is danger in everything. Someone would put seatbelts on a bicycle if they could get enough support.

Dogs would wear paw boots if they thought the ground was contaminated when we walk them.

There's many ways to restrain one's freedom for the sake of their safety, but it's hard to let someone just be, and just be free.

Yeah, I know the 'If it would save just one life (out of 7.5+ billion it's worth it), but maybe just maybe our creator has something else in mind and it's not just 'saving a life from physical death, but saving it from spiritual death')

I prefer to live free then die rather than to exist safe. All these safety existers have a hard time opening up for real love, too busy saving their hearts from being broken.

It's true, it is better to have loved AND LOST than never to have loved at all.

Love, is so amazing, even if the one you love doesn't love you back, the fact that you experienced the most AMAZING emotion there is, it is worth it, totally worth it to have the experience.

Through being safe and so is my pet.
