Its not a gift to America, as much as its a gift to the swamp creatures, that want to fully take over the swamp for their personal benefit. One set of swamp creatures displacing another set of swamp creatures.

Executive orders, for tweaking the executive branch, are not legislation. Also, what is the executive, an executive of? The corporate United States entity? The States united as the federal government represented in the international community? The separate entity known as District of Columbia ten miles square?

What is a foreigner? People living in the States united? Another country?

The president of the USA is just a front man for international discussions.

The president of the US corp is a gamer, a playa, using the wide spread belief that he is there for their benefit, to enrich himself and his corporate/elitist sponsors, through financial gain, or a gain in power/control/parasitical-activity.

The president of the District of Columbia only has power over the ten mile square.
