As obnoxious as CNN reporters Jim Acosta, Don Lemon, Chris Cuomo and Fareed Zakaria are when they’re on air it’s understandable that nobody at the White House would want them attending a Christmas party where alcohol might alter their already questionable judgment and loosen their biased liberal forked tongues.

Now that potentially ugly situation has been avoided by the network itself. CNN is planning to boycott the White House Christmas party scheduled for this week, citing tensions between President Trump and the fake news propagandists as their reason.

A spokesperson for the network said, “In light of the President’s continued attacks on freedom of the press and CNN, we do not feel it is appropriate to celebrate with him as invited guests.” They can’t even report the news honestly when it’s about them. President Trump criticizes their bias against him, what CNN might call the “freedom of the press to lie about the President.”

There will still be a trace of the stench of CNN in the air, though, as they will send a reporting team to be available should news break out, or they feel the need to fabricate some. The spokesperson added, “We will send a White House reporting team to the event and report on it if news warrants.”

The response by White House press secretary Sarah Sanders was priceless, tweeting, “Christmas comes early! Finally, good news from @CNN.”

Now if they could just figure out a way to keep CNN, MSBNC, NBC, CBS, ABC and FOX the other propagandists out of the White House press briefings, they’d be on to something and America would again enjoy that freedom of the press that CNN claims to represent. There is absolutely nothing about CNN that is characteristic of a legitimate free press.
