Rumsfeld Strategy

I've been thinking of how to attack the 911 Case in Court. I watched the Errol Morris movie on Rumsfeld and came to a few conclusions.

Granted, I am playing Amateur Attorney.

1. Do Not Put Rumsfeld On the Witness Stand.

He is very believable. He looks you straight in the eye. He has his own world-set view that is self-contained and difficult to penetrate.

From the movie:

(Director) Q. How do you think that they got away with 9/11? It seems amazing in retrospect.

(Rumsfeld) A. Everything seems amazing in retrospect. Pearl harbor seems amazing in retrospect.

(Me) 'Amazing' means Rumsfeld has no explanation, just an excuse.

(Rumsfeld) It's a failure of imagination. It's not as though you aren't aware of possibilities, but you tend to favor some possibilities more than others. And it's enormously important to have priorities. What are you gonna worry about? What is it you want to do? What are you gonna be prepared for? And you have to pick and choose. Well, to the extent you pick and choose and you're wrong... ...the penalty can be enormous

If Rumsfeld takes the stand for the defense, drill him on the particulars, not the concept. Rumsfeld plays the 'Complexity' game, as an excuse for his undercover manipulations.

2. Prosecutions Case. Get him on the Big Lie

Planes Did not Hit the Pentagon, because

-Lack Of Supporting Forensics

There should have been more complete wreckage if a plane did hit it. This is true of lack of aircraft evidence at other crime sites; WTC towers and on the ground in Pa.

The Hole In the Pentagon Wall, seems to be from the ground up, signalling skidding, yet there are no ground burns, or skid marks (of fuselage or engines), or destruction of items in planes path. If plane came in diagonally from above, it should have caused a hole in the earth behind the E Section.

-Construction in the Pentagon West Side during the preceding years, masked deliberate demolition of the building. This is the simplest explanation.

-All 911 Plane Radar tracks could have been faked, as in a the military exercises taking place that day.

-Pentagon Employees would likely Lie, if commanded to.

-Photographic evidence was withheld, which should have vindicated the US story version. This proves guilt.

-Top Secrecy, National Security is a perfect cover for Criminality, inability to investigate fully.

3. Point to 911 as US operation

Multiple Military Exercises prior to an attack is part of classic Deception, Cover and Conditioning strategy, signaling US complicity

signaling a US operation

Rumsfeld failed to capture Osama Bin Laden for 8 years. Points that he was a continuing US agent, and the front-man for the US cover-up.

4. Ridicule Rumsfeld

His view of Vietnam is 'Some things Work Out, Some Things Don't
In other words, the waging of War is some kind of Roulette Wheel where the Secretary of Defense has no powers. Then What is Rumsfeld doing there?

Nixon tapes make him out to be a shadowy character with powerful connections, not a fresh-faced gung ho patriot.

Crazy Quote: 'You will never hear out of my mouth the phrase, 'the U.S. seeks a just and lasting peace in the Middle East.' there is little that is just, and the only things I've seen that are lasting are conflict, blackmail, and killing."

The world has not gotten any more peaceful as a result of his repeated Military interventions in the Mid-East, Vietnam, Iraq. There must be other motives for the interventions. $$, Killing

5. Point to Rumsfeld as Godfather

He brought in Cheney as his assistant in the 1970s. This could still have been the case in 2001. He seems to disdain George Bush Sr and takes some credit for appointing him as CIA Director. It might mean he owned the son as well (GW Bush) He orders Condoleeza Rice to stand down from Pentagon business.

A. Rumsfeld is another species, because of his short height, like other US leaders. The photo montage of the younger Rumsfeld in the movie seems to resemble Bush Jr and Bush Sr, making Rumsfeld an amalgam.

B. Rumsfeld might have participated on 'Jerry Ford' attempted assassination because of his demeanor. He lies, describes Fords cut as above the eye. Bizarre photos 0f Ford stumbling as he gets off plane, show he was 'Tomahawked!' right down the middle of his head (front to back on top of skull). When
Ford bends over at the bottom of the stairs, the two sides of his hair, morph him into a bug-eyed creature.
