Columbian Cartel

Where does the Cartel derive its power? Because of the Gravestone material, sources are saying 'Necromancy'. These beings are 'conjured' from the dead. As enemies of society, I thought of Werewolves.

One person in the cartel, Mora Sr, perplexed me. He attends most cartel leader functions, but says little. ( I assume he is an owner of an electronics store Mora Brothers that hired Robert Escobar. What surprised me, that Mora Sr alone, escaped from prison after the Escobar bust. So, let's look at the name and some Soundology references.
