In an attempt to gain as much perspective on the current controversies enveloping the N.F.L. Stadium Protests, there are surfacing some very startling facts underpinning the Federal Governments relationship with the N.F.L. Franchise and how that relationship is hinged upon the maintenance of the Empire's war machine. Let's get just a few pearls from Jesse Ventura in a recent interview that posit some Constitutional observations and some insights into the Empire, as in "USA!-USA!-USA!
"JESSE CALLS PRESIDENT TRUMP SICK AND HYPOCRITICAL FOR NOT DEFENDING THE 1st AMENDMENT RIGHTS"
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=CAb4hx4cGcY&feature=youtu.be
In consideration of the above observations, I am now going to inject what may be considered the undiscovered elements which might be guiding the efforts of President Trump, not only to undermine vital parts of the 1st Amendment, but to use the Office of The Presidency to inject himself outside the permitted scope of his official duties, into a $25 Billion Dollar sports industry with the clear intent to cause harm to The N.F.L. financially, and to the American People, by failing to uphold the Constitution which he has sworn an oath to preserve, protect and defend.
It will be my position that President Trump has not only exceeded his Constitutionally mandated authority, but has misplaced his full powers of office, as President of the United States of America to directly lead and support The N.F.L.Boycotts. This act places the President's activities within the commercially regulated laws of free enterprise as established by The Federal Trade Commission as well as numerous Federal Laws regulating the powers accorded to the President regarding "Official Duties".
These relevant facts will soon be tested in a series of probable lawsuits against the President, sooner rather than later.
It is one thing to incorrectly infer, as the President has, that when an American citizen puts on a football uniform he has lost his Constitutional right to peacefully protest, then to further take that flawed reasoning to use the high office of the Presidency, to further berate and threaten N.F.L. Owners to force North Korean like conformity upon the football players once inside the stadiums, is taking this President's actions well beyond the grasp of his official reach.
Furthermore, by the President tweeting out his direct support for the N.F.L. Boycott to enforce this conformity, President Trump has crossed the line of mere personal opinion on the matter, to that of a misguided government official who is now willfully, maliciously and illegally engaged in purposely impairing the financially gain of a thriving sports enterprise, while simultaneously using the high office of the land to deprive Americans of their rights to protest peacefully.
On both counts the President will lose. First to the Constitution which will remain in force throughout America, even in football stadiums, which will fully survive the President's morose, even feeble assaults.
Second, by his self incriminating tweets urging support of the N.F.L. Boycotts with graphic signs used within those tweets on a phone used by The President of The United States, President Trump has set himself up for both civil and potential criminal lawsuits by the N.F.L. Owners for potential losses that may result from the President's unchecked onslaught upon the businessmen.
This will finally culminate in the form of a combined lawsuit from the N.F.L.Franchise itself to seek unlimited damages from both President Trump and the Federal Government for irreparably maligning and ruthlessly harming the Goodwill of the National Football League (leaving out for now - the failed acquisition of the Buffalo Bills in Trump's history).
That combined legal action will put at risk whatever secured assets President Trump is showing on his convoluted balance sheet, and what remains of the assets of the U.S Treasury.
To counter this position, some may claim the President has the right under the 1st Amendment to support the boycotts, but that will also come under legal scrutiny whereby if the President stated his support as an individual " I am not going to the games" he would be well within his rights. But as President, to go the Twitter Network to conduct an advertising campaign aimed at millions of Americans with an electronic mass media device labeled with the Official moniker of The President of the United States of America and then lead the charge to boycott the N.F.L is ample evidence of this President exceeding his official duties. Indeed this is exactly the opposite of what the President should be doing in America; creating jobs, not actively promoting and advocating the killing of the N.F.L. as a viable business entity.
Additionally, there are a number of Federal Laws that have bound the hands of all of the Presidents from engaging in business or entering areas where potential conflicts of interests may be unwittingly or wittingly be realized. This is essentially why every President is compelled to divest or transfer existing business operations/holdings over to blind trusts so as not to break the law. To give an example of how that may work today, this hypothetical scenario is provided as why a potential conflict of interest must not ever enter into the Office of The President;
By tracing the President's past business dealings with the N.F.L. in context with the circumstances of Donald Trumps previous failed acquisition of the Buffalo Bills and his past lawsuit with the N.F.L.during a bitter dispute regarding Trump's accusation that the N.F.L. is a monopoly whereby Trump was awarded an insulting total of $3.76 before Pete Rozelle told Trump he would never own an N.F.L.Franchise, it may be not too far a stretch to consider the following as a plausible ulterior motive behind President Trumps reckless actions today.
The President may or may not be engaged in shorting an arbitrage position set up by a Goldman Sachs flunkie whereby the President's active participation in the N.F.L. Boycotts is the grease to move the N.F.L. revenues down so as to cause a fantastic gain by those inside players who created the scheme.
Now is this actually happening?; There is no real way to know this; it's happening in my head as way of reasoning what has put this President on a tear against the N.F.L.and I present it as a means to further consider why the Office of The Presidency must be guarded from anything like this from happening. Am I calling for an investigation? Indeed - into every area of the President's duties to act in the manner he has, which in my opinion has exceeded his authority as President.
