Normally this happens without any public knowledge, but this time professional journalists were present when my home in France was violently harvested by BPI bank (now CIF Patrimoine et Immobilier) in France. Nobody identified themselves and they attacked whoever were in the house.

The property is held in a common law pure trust - outside their jurisdiction - and the alleged debt is paid for. In this case - an extra "bonus" for the bank and the other parties involved as they have harvested all and at no risk. The public prosecutor has informed that "there are no law in France to punish banks" for such actions, meaning stealing 235,000 euro.

The CEO of BPI (now CIF) and their lawyers (Eleom Avocats) and bailiff (Proner & Ott) were given a final chance to document the debt and failed to do so as they cannot.The Minister of Justice and President has been informed and asked to take action. This should have stopped further actions till they had dealt with the claim - but this too was ignored.

Added was also me(a living woman demonstrating this by bleeding) being manhandled abducted and kidnapped and driven to an unknown destination and left in a summer dress without a mobile phone and funds as they had also emptied my wallet for all cash.

Needless to say that this both unlawful and illegal event is being dealt with as well as the violent attacks on the other men and woman i the house.

All involved were informed about the consequences if they did chose to trespass and thus entered into a contract.

The reality is according to professor in economy and banking, Richard Werner of Southampton University:

« Banks don’t take deposits and banks don’t lend money
Banks borrow money from the public – they purchase securities/promissory notes
What we call deposits is the banks record of its debt to the public
We (the public) are the banks creditors – not debtors »

Despite this, worldwide so many homes are still being foreclosed and auctioned by banks every day - violently and by use of force as it is documented here.
