You were born.

You will die.

Everything in between is up to you.

You can do whatever you can do that you will to do.

Identifying yourself as someone or something limits you.

Engage life but do not entangle yourself in life.

If you think something is important, it is important....and then you are entangled and engaged and no longer free.

The whole universe is yours unless you think you are less than the universe, and then that which is less is yours, and no more.

Conclusions, opinions, beliefs and judgements forge a prison.

If you haven’t experienced it, you don’t know.

Don’t believe and don’t disbelieve things outside your experience. Stay open.

If you have no beliefs, no opinions and draw no conclusions your evolution is assured.

A sure sign that you are not free and not evolving with the universe is if you get irritated, upset, angry, violent, stress and fear, which means you have opinions, beliefs and judgements and draw conclusions and are identified with people, place and things and are entangled with life....and not merely engaged in life. You are not free.

How you view yourself, others and the world, is YOUR world and no one elses. You create your life with your thoughts, whether a prison or freedom.

If unpleasantness outside you disturbs your pleasantness inside you, forces outside you are your controllers and you are not free.

You, and you alone, are your salvation or enslavement.

If you enjoy all that is life it is because you accept all that is life without a contrary thought that life should be something it isn’t.

LIFE IS LIFE.....the rest is attitude....PEOPLE DO THINGS, THINGS HAPPEN....THAT’S LIFE....IF YOU ARE NOT AT PEACE WITH THAT, YOUR LIFE WILL BE WAR, and YOU fired the first shot.

There is a reason The Peace That Passes All Understanding is called The Peace That Passes All Understanding. The reason is: If you judge life with your understanding (with opinions, conclusions, beliefs and judgements) you will never be at peace.

If you want to enjoy all that is life stop judging, stop opinions, stop beliefs draw NO CONCLUSIONS. Only then will you be at peace and enjoy all that is life. nem
