In France there is no law to punish banks
when they steal funds and houses

Banks are stealing houses in France - as in many other countries. Mine is but one but this story differs as I have paid the alleged and non-existent debt in full. The French Bar Association's bank, SMC in Marseille, has stolen the funds – appxm 235,000 euro - and admitted to it. This morning May 15th 2017 I finally received a letter from public prosecutor Laure Beccuau, Tribunal Grande Instance in Nimes. I had reported the theft on September 4th 2016 to the police who passed the report over to Laure Beccuau - and nothing happened. That allowed for the court to auction my home on September 22nd 2016.

The letter I now received is signed and dated November 18th 2016!!?? It shortly informs that:

The facts of which you have complained are not punished by law
Le faits dont vous vous etes plaint ne sont pas punis par la loi (in French from judgement)

So - there is no law that punish a bank for stealing 235,000 euro so that another bank can auction my home. You are free to steal funds and houses in France.

I have complained to all I could imagine - and they have dead panned all. Only response is an eviction order for July 17th 2017. Lawyers will not touch this as they have to go up against their own system.

Banks don’t lend money

Praised be the journalists who will bring this organized crime and theft out into public. We now have the proof that there is no law that prohibits stealth of funds and houses. And on top, there is no debt.

As professor in economics and banking Richard Werner of Southampton University summarized in an interview on RT (included in the report) based on his study of 5000 years of banking:

Banks don’t take deposits and banks don’t lend money
Banks borrow money from the public – they purchase securities/promissory notes
What we call deposits is the banks record of its debt to the public
We (the public) are the banks creditors – not debtors

He states what has been known for a long time: That I owed nothing when my home was foreclosed on by Banque BPI. I did repeatedly ask for documentation for the alleged debt – it was denied despite their legal obligation to deliver such.

The mortgage bank BPI owes me and it has made good business out of selling the security/promissory note it bought from me, forgetting to inform me about the true nature of the “engagement” as it must by law. That alone cancels all contracts, but still they take the house.

I am a journalist, 60 years of age, a woman living on my own in my dream house that I build in 2002. I have no funds after 3 years of fighting this situation and the stealth of 235,000 euro, nowhere to go and my health is suffering badly from the stress that this has caused.

I have been informed that in July 17th 2017 they plan to bring the police and drag me out of my home at gunpoint, empty it, sell all and leave me on the street.

By that they further will commit the crime of personage as they have issued the eviction order of Mm Lisbeth NIELSSON – a legal fiction existing only on paper. So – they have the right to only evict that piece of paper representing this in their legal world: A birth certificate. This has nothing to do with me, the living woman unless I agree to pretend that I am that legal fiction and naturally I have no intention of doing so.

I have reported all this as an attempt on the life of me, the living woman. No response again. They plan to make me homeless and left with nothing and a debt of the 235,000 euro to repay. It is impossible to ever recover from this at my age. I was so happy when I paid all – even though I knew that I did not owe it - but believing it would give me peace.

As I said - this is not a unique case. But what is unique is that all the people who get their homes and assets seized due to alleged debts to the banks - owe nothing. The banks owe them.

Further - I am informed that most nations operate under bankruptcy laws from 1930-33 - Geneva conventions - and thus the courts have no authority. But they do not respect this.

Finally - information from Judge Anna von Reitz, Alaska, recently has conveyed to the public that there is an insurance on each human resource/being of $11.4 million to be paid at death/per cadaver.

Shortening my life may improve the immediate liquidity for the corporation, THE FRENCH REPUBLIC or is it the Vatican which owns it all – we must look into this. Also this is said to be the reason for the many wars on this planet. Death is good business for the banks and in ways I did not even dream of.

Please - let there be brave journalists finally uncovering this to the good men and women on this planet. I do have and offer solid documentation. But we must move pretty fast - I have little time left.

When I witnessed the first auction of people’s homes at the court in Nimes, I did send out a silent request: Let my home be the last they attempt to steal.
