Yes, both are written into the Constitution.

State laws are supposed to supersede Federal laws. More and more lately, the Feds have made the move to be the end line in law rulings..

Was wondering ?? In the USA you have federal and state govt.. Are these two entities written into the constitution? In other words does the entity known as the county have any say in the machinations of govt.?

Is that in the constitution?--and is that if so the constitution "of" the usa or the con. "for" the usa.?
There must be a few navy lawyers out there who have a working knowledge of the CON. Would this help these good people on the land?
