In the above post and the quote from it below, Jim Willie refers to cesium dumping off the California coast, with blame for rising radiation levels attributed to Fukushima.

That sounds pretty plausible to me, and it's consistent with Ben Fulford's statements from the very beginning of the Fukushima meme that there's no indication of increased threat level from radiation, there in Japan where he lives.

Anyone got more information on this? Anyone know what has led Willie to refer to cesium dumping? Let us know.
