1969 was a most unhappy year for me, as I watched my entire personal world crash-and-burn. Only later did I find out that, astrologically speaking, that's what was going on at the time. I'm told there were a lot of divorces and break-ups that year.

Recently was the Autumnal Equinox, and it seems to me that things have not been quite the same, ever since. That was Sept 21 or 22, I forget which. It was Sept 24, apparently, that a hacker made his way onto the RMN server, and Sept 25 when all the post files were deleted.

Almost immediately I received e-mail from a Reader, telling me she knew, she just knew, that I had deleted the files myself. I have no idea what she imagined would be gained by my doing that, but though I told her that was not the case, she remained convinced by her own conclusion.

Lately a cyberfriend mentioned that she and another person had had a falling-out, one that perhaps could not be mended.

Tonight I've heard from a long-time RMN Reader with something similar. He has an idea about what he thinks we at RMN really stand for and is declaring the end of any friendship he may have had for us.

Pardon my French but "What the...?!" I think these few examples, happening so close together in time, suggest that something larger is going on - it's a little like "1969 all over again".

I thought I'd mention it, in case similar things are happening in your own worlds at this time, so you'll know, whatever this may be about, it's "not just you". :)
