These are accurate statements. Yet, some more details of inertia might help.

We create individually and collectively.

It is true that individually and collectively we can create a problem, by thinking and acting, as if we already have that problem.

If you have ever lived with someone who jumps to conclusions, about some abnormal condition presently being experienced, as being a sickness, you have personally witnessed this. It can become a real physical form.

However, if the idea has already been given thought and action, like say a conspiracy by others, then preparing for the possibility of dealing with it does not create it. It is already being cancelled by the preparation to deal with it, should it arise. Consider the thought and action of keeping a tow strap in your vehicle, or a spare tire, or a set of tools. You didn't create the vehicle, but the inertia of the design and all associated ideas around that idea have already been set in motion, and you are prepared to deal with any of that, should it arise.

The preexisting inertia of an already existent thought-form, which has developed over time, can be easy or difficult to stop instantly. It depends on how much thought-action has already been given, and how much is countering. Consider the fiat monetary system, which was started before most of us were born. Look at what it has taken for the few who are aware of it, to enlighten others about it, just to begin to recognize the situation for what it is, let alone change the inertia or cancel it all together.

If the thoughts and actions related to a DNS means of silencing people has already been set in motion, by others with malevolent intentions, then discussing how to deal with such a situation only sets in motion a polar opposite mate to cancel it.

If those malevolent thoughts and actions have not already been set in motion, and we put thought-action into the idea of maintaining our freedom to communicate with each other, in a decentralized manner, then we create a decentralized means of communication. We already are communicating, and our desire is to maintain that communication.

Existing inertia of a particular thought-form, that is well established, will not change on its own. If it has been given enough thought-action, it has already set a pattern, and will continue through entropy to its natural death. Which could take a very long time.

To deal with an existing inertia, for example the idea of global domination, it must be starved of thought-action. The easiest way to deal with that is educate those that are feeding it with thought-action. Consider law enforcement, military, everyone who calls on government to solve their problems. They will make different choices when they comprehend what they are feeding.

The inertia of a particular thought-action, that is not well established, will not survive on its own without enough thought-action to feed it.

It is best to choose what you want to experience, instead of dwelling on what you don't like to experience, because thought-action goes into the idea you want to feed, and not into the idea you do not want to feed.

If you are dealing with an idea that has great inertia then stop feeding it. Which is not always easy, especially if it is constantly trying to regain your attention. But that doesn't mean ignore what already exists, because it won't change that way. You have to deal with the pre-existent inertia. You might have to prepare for conflict or rearrange or relocate by serious concentration on a better idea. For example, you cannot stand in the middle of the road, and expect vehicles to not hit you, by ignoring them. Choose not to be in the middle of the road.

You can stop thinking altogether, and rest from thought.

You can stop thinking about a particular idea, by not thinking at all, or by thinking of something better.

Regardless of the feedback or sensory input you are presently experiencing, it is possible to focus upon more desirable feedback or sensory input. With enough desire you can change what was into what is desired.
