I have found a way to manage this condition. For me it was due to low stomach acid and a few other factors. I started using celtic salt as a suggestion by a helpful reader AND I supplement large meals with betain pills. I would like to explain better, but I am traveling right now and it's hard to type on my mobile device. When I get home next week, I will post a longer explanation with some links.
