Special VIDEO & Comment - NATALIE WOOD remembered by co-star MARY BADHAM - THIS PROPERTY IS CONDEMNED

I have seen some of the best films in history and among them is one which stands out for true-to-life drama, color, originality, costumery, acting quality, noted cast, and even scenes of pre-Katrina New Orleans. The stark reality of job layoffs due to The Depression centers around a boarding house and train yard in Dodson, Mississippi. You may note how those abandoned trains on the tracks tend to lend an air of bygone days of prosperity, gone but symbolic. This film is based on the Tennessee Williams one act play.

In this somewhat rare video Natalie Wood's co-star Mary Badham, remembers Natalie and the other cast members and the hard work and fun of making 'This Property is Condemned' which also featured, Charles Bronson, Robert Blake, Kate Reid, Robert Redford, Dabney Coleman, Jon Provost and others - another film loaded with noted and capable actors - an excellent film, but what else would we expect from director Sydney Pollack? If you haven't seen 'This Property is Condemned' I highly recommend a viewing!
