There actually are 3 Constitutions: 2 of them for the corporation and one original organic. They ( I'm pretty sure ) can be viewed on the Library of Congress Web site. Certified notarized copies of all of them are available for purchase for a nominal fee. I have a friend who ordered hers and I have seen them.

Each state also has two or three state constitutions. One organic and the rest corporation. I have seen the 3 for Washington state also.

I would say the authority for Dunford to sign comes from the fact that the corporation is de facto (not real). So the de facto has assumed authority where they actually had none. The de jure government has been existing "dormant" waiting to be reactivated. Those working for the corporate government have committed numerous treasonous / trading with the enemies acts. The authority to rise up against treason corruption in our government is provided for sure in the Declaration of Independence.
