Folks,

I am a big fan of Jon Rappaport's work. He also does great interviews. However, I am afraid he didn't read Judge Sabraw's "ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR A PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION".

Based on the "Constitutional" argument that was presented in the request for an injunction, the Judge's responses were as many of us expected.

The judge sited three Supreme Court Decisions: Jacobson (1905), Zucht (1922) and Prince (1944). That is a long time.

The CDC cited the Prince vs. Massachusetts case (1944) on their web site for all to see. Why the attorney's didn't know about it I can't say.

The 1905 case gave the state (however that was defined) "police power" to force vaccinations. The 1922 case simply reinforced the 1905 case. The 1944 case brought in the doctrine of "Parens Patriae", that is government as parent.

It would be best to dig into the decisions the Judge cited before we go on the attack. The judge explained why freedom of religion (or personal belief exemption) is not accepted as a way to avoid school vaccination requirements.

There are solutions, however they won't be coming from BAR attorneys who are obligated to promote court decisions as the law of the land.

Let's not give up. Let's start thinking outside the statutory legal system that the NWO put in place by stealth in the 50's and 60's.
