It seems to make sense that people ate accordingly to where they lived (what was available). What was available was what worked for that area synergistically . In other words, in some places during different times you would need more protein versus more grains. The lands in times before provided what was needed for the bodies of most that were there.
One has to wonder about those people that were bought and sold as slaves, both black and Irish and other nationalities being taken to lands not their own.
People evolved from the areas they were natural to; from these areas where genes were turned on or not based on the need in order to thrive and continue in life.
To say, you should only eat as I do makes no sense. Travel has and is being pushed for many reasons. Keeps you from thinking to much about the next day; you are in it for the moment and this can give others a big advantage that are planning to take over. If you remove someone from what they have been accustomed to for quite a few years and you stay where you are comfortable; you obviously have the advantage.
There are also those that decided to stay in one place. In order to make their life unstable, in comes GM foods, polluted water and air situations and of course prescriptions to help them (not). It is about killing people faster.
We are all different and to think that anyone of us should eat exactly like the other one is missing a great deal of information.
Absolutely, it is important to realize that the supermarket contains foods that aren't really foods with benefit and in fact are a detriment to many.
It is true that our bodies have a way of acclimating but it is also true to say that many of us reach a time where our body says; I feel much better at lower elevation (I'm just the opposite), some bodies need dryer environment, some more humidity. It depends on who you are and why it is so important for individuality to survive. When your body is facing many challenges; you do everything you can in your power to rise to the occasion of life. Yet, if your physical body is already being challenged beyond your understanding with wrong food, bad chemicals you will begin to fail in the places of hearts and the spiritual.
We each eat according to our national heritage in many ways; albeit marriage sometimes takes us on another path; so God made those switches to go on or off to facilitate change to a degree.
Yet, even these can be pushed over the top and this is when disease sets in.
It is the constant change that makes it hard on the body and everything that makes us human and why the NWO has pushed this so hard.
Usually we can find things in different nationalities and foods that jive with us. Eating to live is something I've done for many years; albeit, I've had some things wrong but modify as I go along to what makes me feel the healthiest so I can do the most good for self and others. It also helps to eat things from the area where you live to adjust to to the area.
When we sit down to eat a meal together it helps to bring cohesion to the family as our brains are consuming the same chemical and so we end up thinking in the same venue to a degree. Is it any wonder that our food has been attacked?
Animals and the bond between the owners is also brought to a greater degree when we share food. Rumormill has always said cook for your pet and (lot of truth to this). Many know that there are certain foods animals cannot eat that people can and vice a versa.
The Spiritual is a part of the electricity between life forces (good whole food gives us the Prana and it is this that has been attacked in order to destroy the individual, the family and the Nations.
Eat good healthy whole foods that serve you the best. When you only drink the juice from the fruit and forget about the meat and skin you get fat.
We can learn by reading other information but ultimately it is best to decide for self what your body is telling you to do. If your body says a slight snack before bed helps you, then do it. Some people have such high metabolisms that they need this.
If your body says it has to work to much on digestion and not healing than refrain. Eat well and use your own brain for yourself, learn to trust yourself again. This is one huge lie that has been fed to us; that you can't trust yourself.
Yet, if you have control over yourself and are not an egotistical type but just an average person who is in tune with their body; you can probably figure it out.
Having problems with your diet or digestion, look to the food, not dealing with issues that have presented,the water, the prescriptions and or allergies to things such as the environment in which you live(my big problem).
Food is something we need in this material world, it is a part of it and the foods health is our health, eat bad food and you will feel bad and get sick. So eat well and Enjoy Life!:)
