As far as I know, a full capital letter name is called a "vivid personification".

People should "discard" ANYBODY, who wants to pull you back into the status quo in any way, shape or form.
Asking your captors for permission to leave them?! WTF!

Just keep in mind the part in the movie, "Enemy of the State" where the hero was in the washroom and the undercover agent revealed a "bug" to the hero, to gain his trust, but there were four more "bugs", which weren't revealed!
That undercover agent is like the "controlled opposition" in our society. They fall into the "useful idiots" group or the "Judas" or mankind. As in the very old disco song titled Bahama mama: "It's a crying shame", what people do for a morsel.

I think YOU Judge are the confused one and giving VERY misguided ADVICE!
Here's why...first, your calling it a "sign-language NAME" then quickly "change" the description and call it "Doing Business Names"...well....which one is it?

Second, when you state..." When we checked Doing Business Names none of our ACCOUNTS were claimed, either".
How do ya figure? Did you claim your business account or not?

If ya did then THAT was ALL you needed to do. How do I know? I DID IT back in 2013 and from THAT point on NO ONE can claim that exact all cap name spelling WITH the address.
NO ONE!
Then later, we added...and all derivations of it.

What they "do" instead" is change one letter or use a similar name and HOPE you don't notice when you get threatened on paper with summons, lawsuit, charges etc...
Trickery at it's FINEST!

I know FIRST hand to be so...We have answered to a similar name by mistake AND we threw out the threatened papers because? IT WASN'T IN THE PUBLIC records as THAT exact name! If you answer them in any WAY? You've just CONSENTED!

That IS seizing control of the ACCOUNT NAMES..

I also look in the public court records to see if in fact they filed a court action. They never do as they NEED our consent! It's just business.

Now, it's JUST my opinion, BUT could it be that YOU, like so many others are getting caught up in the ideas of others that recording a "d b a " is not enough and MORE needs to be done? Could it be that YOU don't understand the simplicity of this action and the power behind it?

Here's a hint....soon after recording it we notice how DIFFICULT it's become for others to record it? Yes, these are just "signs", BUT, THINK about this? How else could they "control" the masses then CONFUSE us with all the "choices"of what type of business it is?
OH, but that's NOT all....We had to decide if this business is corporate or not!

Now THAT'S the clincher! If we choose "corporate"; we have to set up the business according to the rules and regulations to it. By NOT incorporating our business; WE choose NOT to be a member and once again....become PRIVATE!

Simple....There can NO longer be false claims of abandonment. YOUR business showed up.

Now, doesn't this "statement" JUST give validity to their business entitlements?
Now, how many times have ya stated how untrue that is?

This will be the easiest way to shut down the fraud...

All we "have" is our names and THAT is all we need to claim what's duly ours and to use those names for the highest "business" good.
