Placing U.S. Computer Users Under Jurisdiction(s) of Foreign Powers - Foreign Police are in U.S. Currently

If anyone is left to record history they will likely record that stupid Americans failed to demand a full stop to foreign incursions into American life, government, banking, immigrations, military, and police departments.

Not only would total foreign control of the internet place U.S. computer users more completely under foreign jurisdiction(s), but, the foreign police officers and agencies already operating in the U.S. and in American police departments would, undoubtedly, extend their pressure and control over U.S. residents with such foreign internet takeover.

Why haven't U.S. authorities and so-called leaders done more to obtain more control of the internet for America?
