The one woman who could have brought Bill down for good is Juanita Broaddrick and her credible charge of rape against him. Even Democrats at the time who saw the documentation in a 'secured' location in a congressional building came away in tears. They knew Juanita Broaddrick was telling the truth: Bill Clinton raped her.
