There is a short video in this link, that supposedly demonstrates the operation of the Keshe plasma generator.

If you reader noticed, the voltage at the beginning of the demonstration was 110Volts.
At the end of the demonstration it was down to 97Volts.
The guy who was doing the demonstration was saying, "voltage consumption". WTF is "voltage consumption"? Blind leading the blind. Don't know what he is talking about.
Voltage is nothing else but "potential difference". You can pretty well stick voltage....you know where. We want CURRENT! Speaking of current, fourteen gauge wires (the Keshe plasma units use) not supposed to carry more than 15-20 Amps. Twenty Amps at 110Volts gives you 2200Watts. How much power was "created" by the Keshe plasma unit? More than 2200Watts? It will never be certified to be used in your home. Insurance will probably cancel your policy if you use it in your home.
The fact that the voltage decreased during the presentation, suggests the usage of batteries with inverter. Hidden batteries that is and because the load was so great, (for batteries) the batteries drained fast.
Com-on Keshe! Why didn't you show the operating units you had on the table?
Why don't you show the wirings on a glass table, with nothing hidden!
Couldn't take more than twenty minutes of this smelly Keshe flow.
