Tony: “Guys we cannot go in front of the Iraqi people.”

Caller: I understand but how can they justify the people already paid?

Tony: Because you don't know it. You don't see anyone claiming to get paid. The reality is that those getting paid don't come back into the chat room telling you about it. They sign an NDA.

Tony: “The percentage of those who will get the contract rate is higher than I ever thought it would be. . . Iraq is ready to do it now. . . Iraq is to make a major announcement tonight or tomorrow. . . said 9:00 pm. US said they would not block it . . . just not accepting it."

DC is not on the call today because he, when he was working intel had to be away from his family, so he vowed to spend this w/e with his 3 year old son and take him hunting for the first time.

TNT Celebrations: Tony hearing good things and has planned 4 events. People will still need to re-register.

Tony noted there are two reason’s this has been delayed so long: One is there were those who did not want us to get paid and the other is on a global scale.

IRAQ:Celebrations all last weekend. Tony did not know if celebrations were continuing today. Iraq is ready. Iraq has not gone either. Waiting for US to recognize them. Meetings took place last night and a there is a big push to put it through this evening or tomorrow morning. ISX to reopen on Wed and Iraq wants the new rate to be effective for that event.

UNITED STATES:

• NDA’s: Some signed NDA's a month ago and still not called in for exchange yet.

• Exchanging: there is a definite plan to pay some between Dec. 5th and 15th and possibly before. There is a proposal to stop us from exchanging and wait until next year. The PTW are working on how they can start and stop the exchange without it becoming public information. There are people that want us to exchange and those that don’t. There is concern of the wealth being used for bad as well as good. Background checks are being run on people before they do their transaction. T said they were getting 10% of their money. Did not explain if they are credited with 10% right away or have access right away to 10% and/or how long till they can access the balance.

Tony: Right now I know people are going through. Some of those people have 100,000 dinar or less and are everyday people like you and me. Not just congressman . . . Even though it’s trickling thru . . . hopefully big public push by Friday. That’s just the internet people, not the 4-5 million others . . . they are developing another plan for them. We haven’t been cut off. We just haven’t started. When they state “dinar will not be exchanged in the US” then it’s time to expose what we have.

• Contract Rate: When you go into the bank start negotiating. Tony’s understanding is the Rates are pre-assigned to an individual. Only a certain percentage will get the contract rate but Tony says that percentage is higher than he ever thought. Rates have been paid out between $9 -$15. Some folks got $28.50 and a few over $30. Some paying $3.58. Depends on bank you go to.

• Rate Depends on Plan: Tony said, they will ask you what you plan on doing with the money. Then they will decide on how much you can/can't have based on a questionnaire you will fill out. They don't want to give a bunch of money when it's not going to be used. Tony said in order to get something have a plan, forecast it as they want to help you through it.

• Exchange Structure: In the case of a billion dollar exchange,Tony was told by one person the bank wanted structure his payout, holding 70% and give him 30%, so he received $300 million. Tony felt “for the avg. person that is a good deal if they don't know what to do with their money. They are going to cut people way down from that because the avg. person becoming a billionaire is just crazy.”

• Currency Rates: International Rate is rate that it comes out, $3.58. Market rate will be the FOREX trading rate – this rate will fluctuate with market demand.International rate on Dong is to be .57. Expects contract rate will be $1-2.00.

• Exchange Fee: Pay Attention - Tony gave a warning. He did not say what the fee was.

• Banks to Exchange: 5th & 3rd, Wells Fargo, Chase, Bank of America. Tony says he’s gotten more info from 5th & 3rd than anybody else.

• Exchange Dates: The latest information Tony has is Dec. 5th- 15th and then stopped but cautioned things change day to day. Tony is not hearing next year but some of the reasons that this has been prolonged is there are things outside of the currency situation that are being affected by this and it does not involve us. Said it's country to country.

• Medical Conditions affecting exchange: If you have an emotional, mental, physical issue that will require you to have assistance for your exchange tell the operator when you call for your appointment.

• Difference between this year and last year: Last year exchanges started Oct. 1st and this year started Oct. 31st. The day after Thanksgiving last year we were waiting to do exchanges. Last year the plan was not to pay us at all. This year everyday citizens are being paid.

• Groups: large groups are not being paid yet. They have too may people. It’s the smaller groups being paid

• Reserves: no exchange funds can be used to pay off reserves. Tony didn't know if that applied to contract or International rate.

• Taxes: maybe a flat tax on contract rate and "zero" tax on International (street) rate. Unknown if this will apply to or be credited to state taxes.

• Packages: Tony does not have the packages yet. His information is coming from different banks, people who have exchanged, bank employees.

• Exchange outside of US: other countries have various restrictions like you must own a business, be a resident for so long, etc.

• Buy a bank: Tony is going to start his own bank. A small bank can be purchased for $3 million..

CLOSING STATEMENTS:

Tony: Trying to draw a bigger picture. Give you the day to day, minute to minute plan so you would understand why we aren’t seeing it . . . (about the chat plan to donate $1.00) we had over 150-200 people respond to the chat plan. We had some people send in .37, some $1.00 some $100. These people cared enough to care about everybody else. They did it so everyone could enjoy it. . . it’s the thought that counts. We have people send in a $1 for other people.

The news is good. Everything is done. Iraq is pushing, pushing, meetings, making announcements. . . putting out articles. . . Told everybody the reforms would be completed by 1st of Dec. . . . definitely pushing, being very public . . . to let their people know it’s not our fault.
