Mr. O’Reily has very accurately described the current stage of the disease affecting the African American community. However, Mr. O’Reily has failed to accurately identify the originating virus that has caused this disease. His suggestions for repairing this problem are only half-hearted.

What jobs await the well-spoken cleaned up African American when they must be handed out by a person from 200 generations of West Virginians who have been taught from birth that African Americans are not totally human?

Those unwilling to discuss changing the consciousness of racial prejudice through meaningful education are disingenuous about their desire to end racism and merely want to retain the use of the race card for political and economic gain.

Issue #1 – Upgrade the Educational System in order to eradicate the consciousness of racial prejudice.

In order to change people’s behavior, one must first change how people think because consciousness drives behavior. If the majority of those handing out jobs believe that they are racially superior to African Americans they will not issue jobs to African Americans in a fair manner no matter how well spoken and well behaved the African American becomes. This is just a fact.
There are still international treaties on the books that can only be signed by Caucasian males over the age of 21. It was only within the last 30 days that President Obama removed the terms Negro and Oriental from Federal Laws. These are just the facts.

Women and African Americans can’t even negotiate their sovereignty. During the mid1700’s a small group of Caucasian males used false science to impose permanent slavery on the basis that Blacks were not human. They did this for pure economic gain. These actions have had far reaching affects on the descendants both Caucasian and Black as Caucasians have benefits and Blacks have suffered.
The United States of America has refused to change its educational system in a manner that roots out the ignorance of racial prejudice. Just imagine what society would look like if we’d started doing these things 66 years ago?
There are some basic steps that could have been instituted more than 66 years ago that would have easily led to a change in our society’s mind set, such as:

All of these steps will not only help to change consciousness about race but it will help to prepare people for disclosure of Extraterrestrial life forms. Without a change in consciousness people will recoil in fear at Extraterrestrial life forms. How can they be expected to peacefully accept extraterrestrials when they can’t even get along with their fellow man? Issue #2 – Help create viable small businesses and self-sufficient communities throughout America.
For the billionaire class: it will do them no good to build underground shelters or seek residence on other planets. The religious community must address the frauds placed into our scripture by Rome and return to the scriptures of Enoch so that this generation can accurately prepare their consciousness to meet the “heavenly host”. Two important talking points.
#1. – It is very unfair to lump all Caucasians, African Americans, Indians, Chinese, etc. into one group. All Caucasians do not exhibit a consciousness of racial prejudice. It’s hurtful to them to lump them into the problem as if they do and it immediately puts them in a defensive position where they are called to pay a debt they do not owe.
#2. – Black on Black crime statistics should never be used when discussing the behavior of law enforcement. Why? It immediately gives the impression that law enforcement is somehow justified because Blacks don’t care enough to stop killing their own. However the truth of the matter is that Black on Black crime is a symptom of a distraught and hopeless people. People who see no hope for a better way, no hope for justice, no hope for fairness so they devolve into self-destructive behavior. To use these statistics when discussing police brutality is to take the victims self-inflicted pain and suffering as a result of external conditions that appear beyond hope and use them to justice law enforcements actions. It is disingenuous and offensive to use black-on-black crime statistics when discussing the actions of police. Police should be held to the same standard of action imposed upon civilians with a permit to carry; avoid discharging their weapons unless there is a threat to bodily harm. Officers who break this rule should be prosecuted and jailed just a civilians would.
#3. Many simply will not accept equality among the races and those people must be allowed to live separately and in peace.
Let’s be careful about our choice of words and insist that media personnel do the same.
