All nuclear missile arsenals have been rendered useless, since their inception. Earth is in the beginning of a transition to a more advanced level, so ETs made the decision to prevent nuclear war. It matters not what the defense capabilities of military are because any launched missiles will be and have been neutralized in flight. Earth will develop and the elite will lose all control. These ETs are our friends and the elite are our enemies.
