The problem as I see it right now is that the good old boys are putting incredible pressure on the donald to select the shamed champion of the grifters, aka the newt.

Virtually any other choice --Christie, Pence, Sessions or most ANY other is far better than the newt. But newt is who they are pushing right now.

If Trump relents to the pressure and chooses the newt, we can suspect that after the election, Trump will be "Kennedy-ied".

The way I see it, if newt is forced on us, it is a sure sign that the donald is not the independent minded person we thought he was, and there is little hope things will change without violent response.

And if it happens that the good ol boys prevail, then with sadness, i must withdraw my support from Trump...
