Hi,

There has been a legally filed and accepted Redress of Grievance (as listed in the Bill of Rights) served upon the Federal Government. Our group, Constitutional America did file and have this accepted in Washington, D.C.. in 1995.

Members of our group met with Newt Gingrich to discuss the procedural rules for filing it. Supposedly ours was the first one ever accepted as properly filed.

This was done by us on behalf of all the people residing in these separate states considered as the united States of America.

Many Congressmen spoke about it and commended us for doing it the next morning in their opening speeches before regular business. The Department of Justice acknowledged receipt and filing of the Redress.

About four weeks later I received ( I was the first signature on the list so they corresponded with me) a manilla envelope from the Department of Justice stating that the Redress was dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction.

This is a well known and common practice of those liars as they tell us we have the Constitution yet dismiss the case because we did not bring it under Admiralty Jurisdiction. Therin lies the problem.

We knew before hand it would go this way and did this to prove a point. Back then very few people understood the distinction and difference between the Common law and Admiralty law. Even fewer were aware that all of our available courts were only Admiralty in terms of jurisdiction.

So, to uninformed people like Mr. David Crayford I say bunk! The American people can never be responsible for what a crime cabal has done through legal deceit and kidnap of our entire judicial system.

In fact, the entire world has been duped into believing that a crime cabal that masquerades as a government represents the United States of America.

Judge Anna is certainly correct in her assertion that they are no more than a governmental services corporation contracting with the supposed owners of the planet. Now, through unbridled, unlawful actions this governmental services corporation has devolved into nothing more than a crime cabal.

So, there has been definitive action and a detailed listing of their crimes, well researched, well written and properly filed, albeit with understanding it would be dismissed because of jurisdiction. We laid a trap and sure enough the monkey stuck his hand in and was caught.

What we did laid the ground work for later legal actions that may well prove successful. We shall see.

I pray that God Blesses an awakening in America.
