Regarding the filing of a criminal complaint or class action lawsuit against what are being called our "trustees" in Corp US so-called "government":

: If such action IS NOT TAKEN, then, yes, I agree, the American
: people should be held accountable. Until that time, the
: failed trustees and their corrupt syndicate ARE THE
: RESPONSIBLE PARTY.

The idea rests upon three assumptions:

1. That current officeholders were placed there by the American people at large and not by special interests manipulating a rigged system.


2. That there is an honorable, functioning, capable system available where criminal complaints or class actions can be brought effectively.


3. That evidence at hand proves illicit actions of current and previous officeholders in their official capacities caused specific damages to the Collateral Accounts.

We might add a fourth:
4. That real wealth is involved in the alleged crimes and that the American people have means to repay or restore it.
