We no longer need to depend on speculation because very advanced ETs are communicating with selected humans and the info is like an avalanche. About 20% of our universe has been explored/contacted by advanced ETs. There are millions of galactic communities like the one Earth joined on Dec. 21, 2012. The one we belong to is the newest and is 18 million years old. This galactic community has had our solar system in it's jurisdiction for the past 10,000 years. They are currently assisting Earth in it's transition from level 0 to level 1.
These beings move planets around when there is benefit to the particular solar system. We will eventually have Earth, Mars and Venus inhabited. They added a new planet to our solar system last year and it has a large population. The planet came from the Pleiades and is fully encapsulated. The potential for upsetting the orbits of the other planets, was neutralized by a technique involving gravity tunneling. The planet is cloaked and is near the Sun. It takes on energy when near a star. The beings on this planet look like us and we share much DNA with them. They will serve as coaches for Earth during it's transition to level 1.

Our tyrannical elite continue to self destruct and are in the final stages of their death throes. World system collapse is very close and the resulting chaos will ensue. It is at this point that the ETs will intervene to help humans but not the elite.The control of Earth by these monsters, is quickly coming to an end. Smile, we have powerful new friends who will give us a leg up on becoming more civilized.

The ETs have told us that even the elite will come around after many incarnations. On average humanoids spend 20,000 years in 3D before moving on to 4D. There are 10 levels in 3D and 20 in 4D. The ETs view us as babies and babies must be protected and nurtured, so they can grow up. The capable care for the incapable and help them grow up.
