This Infoeditor Warned on Mass Exodus of Dallas Police Officers Before Shooting Happened - Indicates Prior Knowledge Leak on Recent Shooting - Link

This editor has a nose for trouble. When dozens of police officers began leaving, quitting the Dallas Police Department recently it seemed odd and very newsworthy and significant of something. In fact, it was significant of something horrible, the recent shooting of the officers at the protest event. Regardless of what the shooting actually was, whether a drill that went live, or whether it really was disgruntled person(s), etc., it does seem there may have been pre-knowledge that the event was going to happen. Why else would all those officers quit, just citing low pay, etc.?

Was the "no confidence" in Chief Brown about a pre-arranged upcoming drill or exercise that turned into the shooting?
