Often it is difficult to explain to those that still wish to hold onto there old lifestyle and take vitamnins and herbs to counter the affects. It will ultimately be a loosing battle. I went through my time of experimentation when I got Morgellons.

Then, I made a conscious choice to live better at the age of 26 and feel better so that I could help others do the same. I looked at it from the air I breathe to the water that I drink and bathe in. Knew immediately when the corn began to be GMO'd as my gut would wrench. Soon I was leaving more and more form my old diet and replacing with other things. Your food basket will have less than most people; may cost the same or slightly more but you will be getting the nutrients you need. Also remember that pharmacy is for drugs and farmacy is for food & life (you visit the doctors less and less and this saves a great deal of time and money). It takes years to fully change and to start looking at what many of us see quickly after years of this lifestyle.

Obvious negative things to our health aren't always obvious anymore and there were some things that we were told were better and some of us (including me) believed the drivel. One would be margarine is better than butter for the human body and that just isn't so; yet it was pushed by the TV and mass media (for our bnfit?) So you still believe the TV do you. The programming is unbelievable.

The naturopaths are seen as monsters on many of the prime time TV programs, if you don't get every vaccine known to man you are a bad parent. Pushing the drugs in the beginning of the infomercial and at the end warning of death or worse:) That is how they do it and it is laughable and I just laugh at it anymore.

Those that have remained thinking, acting, accomplishing people; wonder what rabbit hole we have slid into by mistake. Many of us are attacked by those that can't see the obvious benefit of the natural approach. Excellent article below do read it!
