The Tanner family is back. AHHHH!!

Ok, Let me explain why I even watched it! My children grew up with the Tanners on TV. They were cute, safe even if they were a bit vapid to watch. My 5 year old Granddaughter spent the weekend with me and wanted to watch the New 'Netflix' original TV show. I figured, sure why not. It's the Tanners after all. DJ's all grown up, a widowed veterinarian with kids and the show will revolve around them. A-OK for kids or so I thought.

Boy was I wrong. Stephanie is now a 'Large Breast baring' music DJ (pun joke intended, of course.) I mean she had them exposed to her toes almost. Not suitable for kids.. Kimmie is a master at Kama Sutra, there are Dancing Ukrainians who want to have a “kinky hot” time with the girls, Uncle Jesse jokes about his missing 'seaman' he had a vasectomy. This just in episode one!

Just a few minutes into the pilot, D.J. Tanner’s young son Max tries to prove he’s an adult. “Relax Mom, I already know all the bad words! ‘Dumb, booger, and Donald Trump!’” (Did I just hear that??) It was barely 2 mins later that Kimmy Gibler (who is going to live with them in this series) puts her bare feet up on the table. “Once again, my feet saved the day!” “Yeah, but they smell like Trump!” jokes young Max. No mention of any other candidates but see the Tanner gang dish on Jimmy Fallon below (vid)..

The Liberal spiel doesn't stop there.. Gibbler was married to a Latino (Argentina) and they had/have a wise crackin, bi-lingual daughter (Ramona) who moves in with them. She's anti-white and demanding as hell. Kimmie is going to live in the attic where Uncle Jessie lived with the wife and twins. DJ, of course, 'gives' up her sons room to Ramona. It was good enough for Jessie's twins to live in (for 7 years) but not Ramona. All sappy-happy and subtle. Oh so subtle.....

The Tanners are, "the whitest family in America. She goes on to say they're like "albino polar bears, drinking milk and watching Frozen."........ Then the Spanish starts and the word Loco (crazy) is heard in there somewhere. I could care less if they speak Spanish, put up subtitles (I speak French) Since she is half white, shouldn't she be embracing that heritage, too? Didn't Kimmie teach her that being half white is OK?? Just sayin. Critics are bashing the original as being 'too white' yet I don't remember the Winslows or Steve Urkel having any white friends? Not one. We all watched it and no one seemed to mind ...

Like its predecessor, Fuller House is cloying and juvenile. The jokes are obvious and the audience laughter is prolonged. There are more one-liners about Kimmy Gibbler’s sex life and Stephanie Tanner’s breasts than anyone should be comfortable with around their children. And for some inexplicable reason, Macy Gray shows up in episode three????
