Esmid Valentine Pedraza has reportedly been charged in the murder of Stacey Aguilar, a 22 yr. old San Jose woman. It appears that Pedraza was already arrested over the past years and was let go to do more crimes and there was a failure to deport. Consequently, this San Jose woman is dead. That's about how simple this case is. What good is I.C.E.? The foreigners who come into the U.S. to do crimes must view U.S. authorities as do-nothing softies, so the crime rolls on bigtime.
