The paragraph is very clear that a gender is assigned at birth. Obviously, if you are not assigned a gender, you don't have an assigned gender. What a shame that would be!

Using the word “assigned” has the implication that there was an “assigner” and that assigner made the decision what gender role the individual will be playing in life. My, my, my!

The question arises; who “assigns” to you your gender and by what authority?
Obviously, the “assigner” is one of the status quo's thugs, in this case one of their dottores.

What is the procedure for assigning a gender to a newborn?
Most likely, the status quo's dottore looks what is between your legs. It is a multiple choice question, only a status quo dottore is qualified to answer! Then the status quo dottore fills out your birth certificate but in a few weeks later the other status quo thugs (eltorneis) sell it and you are left with only a COPY of it.

Only the “assigner” has the authority to assign your gender!

If the assigner states you are male then you are male. If the assigner states you are female, you are female.

This bullish assigning of gender act of the status quo is the first step into your enslavement and the status quo thug (in this case the dottore) takes credit for the obvious.
