The nature of cancer - a cellular-oxygen-deficiency disease, resulting from acidosis, was determined, at Nobel Prize level, by Dr Otto Warburg, Nobel Laureate - Physiology or Medicine, 1931.Thousands of case histories of successful cancer reversal, through alkalizing nutrition, overseen by medically-qualified staff, have confirmed the reality of the Warburg research : all, of which, has been studiously ignored by" cancer research", in the UK and (the world).

I am in the process of determining the veracity of the widely held view that the organisation, Cancer Research UK, is because of its wealth, size, media/political and financial connections etc., is completely beyond any and all regulatory control.

I have confirmed that Cancer Research UK is out of reach of The Charity Commission, The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE), Medical Control Agency (M.H.R.A)and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). This makes a mockery of British Law, in particular:

"It is an offence under section 60(1)(b) of the Charities Act 2011 to knowingly or recklessly provide false or misleading information." The Charity Commission.

The following statements are a small sample of the total-fantasy which Cancer Research UK have been putting out:

"Thousands of people are now beating cancer every year. This is mainly because of better treatments, screening and early diagnosis."

"…we have saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer."

"… half the people who get cancer survive thanks to research... "

This is false and misleading information from an organisation, supremely confident, with very good reason that it can announce whatever it chooses without having to provide any evidence.

All of the available evidence shows that the annual 160,000 UK deaths of people diagnosed with cancer, are, overwhelmingly, due to treatments, produced by Cancer Research UK funding, rather than the disease .

Any information which you could provide, shedding light on the reason for Cancer Research UK ring - fenced, untouched - by - the Law of the Land - status, would be of great interest to myself and many networks .

Enclosed is the two-page document, which went to The Charity Commission: how much of the fraud is merely immoral and deceptive and how much is criminal, is for the police to decide.
