Hi All,
I wanted to post about this dream I had last night since it was another of several that have occurred over the years. Most of them are involving massive waves of water inundating the land. The last one I had wasn't too long ago and then this one last night.

I don't recall must about what was going on previous to the catastrophic part but here's the main meat & potatoes ...

I used to work in the oil biz doing seismic surveying so in my dream I am driving a line truck down a cut line, driving slowly as if I were unloading the listening equipment. The cut line looked kinda like winter time ? But not totally sure. It was narrow, single lane, like they always are with what looked like a lot of trees fallen across the path but still drivable and the sides of the road looked very high, like a very tall plow pile on each side. Very steep. So as I was driving slowly down this road, I was looking behind me and could see something far in the distance that looked like a storm approaching, kinda misty, foggy and moving slowly. I kept looking back at it watching and wondering what it could be. Each time I looked back it was getting closer and clearer to see. Finally I could see what it was ... it was a massive massive wall of water coming up behind me and was moving extremely fast. I had to think fast better step on it and get moving. So I pedaled to the metal and could feel the wheels slipping on the trees across the road but I had 4 wheel drive and wasn't too worried about it.

Then I see something ahead, another approaching storm ? Didin't take long before I could see what that was ... another huge massive wave coming in front of me. I thought how is this possible ? Two massive waves coming towards each other and I'm trapped in between ? Knowing that the wave behind was closer and seemingly moving faster, I decided to just go faster into the oncoming wave. It got really close and mt thoughts were how I might survive this and get out of the vehicle after the wave crashed over me. At the point of contact the dream ended or switched to a different channel. The end.

I have had many dreams similar to this about massive water inundation, several about massive EQ's and even one, a very long time ago, about an Earth crust displacement ( pole shift ).

I'm usually very good at remembering most if not all of my dreams in great detail but lately I am only getting fragments of them rather than an unbroken story line or nothing at all. I'd say most of the ones I can't remember were due to distractions as soon as I started to wake up. The trick is ( for me ) to immediately recall where I just was, what I was doing, who was there and so on. In the 1st 30 secs to a minute it must be done with zero distractions, I then get a good picture of the dream sequence. Even after I get a good bead in that 1st minute or so, it all starts to fade and become foggy. But I still recall in good detail the more vivid parts or parts maybe my mind feels are important for some reason.

Another part of last nights dream was living back in and old house in Burnaby, a supposedly haunted heritage home where I did have 2 or 3 encounters with a shadow being. Anyway, I am constantly having recurring dreams of being back in that house. And it seems each time the house has a slightly different layout/floor plan but the feeling I get is that it's THAT house. And the same guy and his wife are still renting there and the house always has lots of roomies. Always many many rooms all thru the house, two or more kitchen areas etc. It was a rather large house and there was always borders there hence the dreams follow the same meme. And there often is always a party going on in the house or at least some section of it.

Anyway, just wanted to relate the water part here for today.
