MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS

My dear friends, we love you so very much,

Be kind and gentle with yourselves and one another for everything is bubbling up from the depths within you, within others, and even within your dear Mother Earth. It is a time when the energies are rushing strongly through your physical world. Like the rapidly moving currents of a river after the rains, there is great movement. Everything within that has been stagnant is now getting stirred up.

You see this manifesting in many ways - political disagreements, sudden overwhelming rushes of emotion,volcanoes rumbling, storms, outbursts and moodiness in others. While this can be understandably disconcerting at the human level, we are celebrating in the heavens! Movement brings release, relief, and new life. If you have a stream clogged with debris, the clean and clear water cannot flow. If you suddenly increase the current, however, all the debris is washed away and once again the pure water is free to nourish all in its path. So too, the energy is rushing through human hearts, your Mother Earth, and indeed your entire planet, cleansing and clearing out all that was once stuck.

Be gentle with yourselves. When you feel strong emotions emerging, let them flow and let them go. Instead of taking out your frustrations on one another, simply allow yourself the luxury of loving yourself through your feelings in private. Accept yourself as you are. And then when the so-called negative emotions have run their course, find the love beneath them. What is it you wish to change in your life to be kinder to yourself? What is is you wish to kindly express to one another? It is a time of "getting real" dear ones. It is a time when the mind can no longer pretend to be in control of your hearts. It is a time of allowing yourself full range of emotion, then finding ways to express yourselves, kindly and with love.

The energy is in rapid motion... and ultimately that brings, growth, movement, and wonderful positive change.
