I am overdrawn by over $500.00. I know how it happened and if I kept a running balance in my checkbook like we used to do, it would not have happened. But like many, I let the ATM and my online bank balance tell me how much I have to spend.

But what do you do when a company waits a week to submit your payment to the bank? That's what just happened to me. My Jeep's ignition went out and had to be fixed. It was over $480.00 and it's in the shop again today. It's a minor repair. The fan for the air conditioning and the heater is out.

When you drive a 1999 vehicle, you have to expect repairs. Overall, it has been the best car I have ever owned, which is why I still have it all these years later.

I am moving and I bought packing supplies for my move thinking that the $450.00 had been deducted from my account. It hadn't. It was deducted in the middle of the night last night leaving me -532.41 overdrawn.

One of these days I will tell you the full story of why I am moving. When you hear it, at first you won't be able believe it and then as the reality of it sets in you will explode with anger. How I have survived the 3 year assault I will never know.

I spent most of last year in bed with pneumonia. It was the way I coped with a situation that I felt incapable of dealing with.

When I decided to move, a friend moved in to make sure I survived until I found a place. But he paid a very high price. He and I have (had in his case) Golden Retrievers. Mine is a male and his was a female. Within a week of his moving in his Golden was dead. We later found a package of rat poison... left like a note to him that he should not have taken my side and moved in.

If we had found the rat poison before his little girl had been cremated maybe the person who did it would be in jail. But we didn't so there was no autopsy.

I need to get out of this house before one of more of my dogs... or my friend or I end up like his dog. Many people know who it is who moved in and now occupies my entire second floor and attic. The only shower and bath is on the second floor. I was required to make an appointment to shower. I went to the Y until I had a shower put in my basement.

People who know me can hardly believe that I have put up with this almost three years. I have asked her to move dozens of times. I have ORDERED her to move several times. I have served her with an eviction order. She totally ignored it as if the law doesn't apply to her.

I had to back off the eviction while I dealt with the threats from her California lawyers to take 51% of Rumor Mill News. The California lawyers received a stern rebuke from the Ohio Legal Discipline Board. I have never received another letter from them. When all of this is settled, I will post their letters to me along with much more evidence of what this person has cost me such as $800.00 electric bills. My normal bill is $200.00 or less.

I am moving because I do not believe that the court is going to be successful in getting her out and I frankly can not take much more. When I have a confrontation with her with something like going to my attic to get my Christmas decorations she flies into a rage because I have crossed into HER territory. When this happened, a friend called the police because she knew something bad was going to happen. And it did.

She was several inches from my face screaming that I was in her territory. Fortunately the police arrived and advised her to leave the attic and allow me to retrieve my Christmas decorations. She screamed at them that I had given her the attic and I was not allowed up there. The attic is used for nothing but to store Christmas decorations. Why would I have given her the attic when they are my decorations?

If you saw the rages that she goes in to when she is confronting me you would fully understand why I am trying to get out of here before I end up like my friend's Golden. I have blocked entry to my part of the house, but I have to admit that I don't eat food that has been opened. We don't keep leftovers.

I had my phone with me during the attic incident. I kept snapping photos. I have enough of them that I have made a YouTube video. I have not shared it publicly yet. I will once I am no longer in this house. But I have left orders that if anything happens to me, that the video will be released and also given to the police since she would be the only suspect.

There is so much more that I will share about this squatter once she is out of this house... and I have moved to an undisclosed location. I will not be putting in a forwarding mail order because I do not want her to know where I have moved. My friends will check the box once a week and send my mail to me.

I truly need $500.00 by the end of the day. I don't know what my bank will do if I don't get it in before close of day. This is the account that my social security and my VA are deposited in. If the account is closed there won't be enough time for me to open a new account and get these payments routed to the new account in time for me to have use of them for the move.
