Finnish Prime Minister accuses the most popular company in the world for destroying the Finnish industry 'iPhone killed Nokia, iPad killed the paper industry, but we'll be back on our feet'

Apple is obviously more powerful than you think. Specifically, Finnish Prime Minister accused the most popular company in the world that it has destroy the Finnish industry.

"iPhone has killed Nokia, iPad killed our paper industry, but we'll be back on our feet," said Finnish Prime Minister Alexander Stubb for CNBC.

For those unfamiliar with the Finnish economy, paper industry and mobile phone manufacturer Nokia were once the two largest industries in Finland. Nokia has been the pride of Finland until 2007, when the iPhone first appeared on the market. Since then sales of Nokia in steady decline. Microsoft bought Nokia for $ 7.2 billion in April last year and immediately started to close their jobs.

In July last year, Microsoft announced it would lay off 12,500 employees. BusinessWeek in August last year, said that Nokia and paper industry collapsed due to the rise of new technologies, and Stubb in June last year famously accused Steve Jobs of revoking jobs to Finns.
Of course, Apple can not take all the blame. Google sells more androids than Apple sells the iPhones, while iPad certainly is not same as before.
