Some sources have stated that two small holes were found in the base (rear) of Vincent Foster's skull. Surely, to many investigators this must appear much more suspicious that the carpet fibers found all over Mr. Foster's body. The small holes indicate that possibles methods of controls were used to subdue Mr. Foster until he could be removed to a more remote spot away from The White House.

In the unfortunate event that former Clinton W. House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster was blindsided at close range with a 30 millimeter stun gun (such as is used in prison yards by guards) it might be possible that he was then directly injected or fired at with puematic gun weapon(s) or drugging device or some kind of laser which killed or sedated him. Also, someone who knew Foster could have injected him while casually leaning over his shoulder looking at a computer screen together. There are a good deal of reasons why many believe that Mr. Foster did not commit suicide, but was suicided instead.

Daniel Potter, the NRO employee who had the satellite imagery records of the events at Fort Marcy Park where Foster was found was soon listed as deceased after Foster's death. It appears someone did not wish for those records to be known about.

At the time period of his death Mr. Foster was reported to have been working on a report about the Waco Holocaust Disaster which might have proved to be damaging to the Clinton W. House and then Att. General Janet Reno.

There are no statutes of limitations on murder in U.S..
