The basic requirement of privacy, is essential to all, because the human sensory input needs a break from human influence, to "let it all go" for a while, before interacting again.

The judgment of others, and the consequences that follow, are not always pleasurable. Therefore, it is desired to avoid those judgments, when taking a break from human interaction, in order to talk to your self, scratch your butt, or do whatever "abnormal" behavior you may exhibit, in the privacy of your own space, as you analyze or replay the ideas in your mind about the days experiences. This eventually restores calm on the surface of the pond. You rest.

The feedback being materialized is always a choice. Each human feeds, or starves, the particular idea being expressed.

Misery loves company. So what do you think that means? Sometimes you have to really explain it well to others, because they are indicating by their behavior, the tunnel vision affecting their perception. That is to say, if you limit your "judgment" based on such a narrow field of view, you miss all the peripheral context that has resulted in the present experience becoming manifest. That is probably a sign, of a lack of privacy. Not enough self-consultation time. People who have a lack of awareness, are ignorant. The lack of awareness comes from limited experience, perception, tunnelvision. A human in such a condition, reacts based on the lack of information, knowledge, and awareness that comes from tunnelvision. This often leads to compound creation of problems. Solutions come when information, knowledge, and awareness expand to encompass more of the context of life. That is the definition of evolving. Misery may love company, but it doesn't have rule over that which it has made contact with.
